SALT LAKE CITY, May 24, 2001—Happijac Company announces
the release of its new frame mount tiedown system for camper trucks,
the safest, strongest tie down system available. The new tiedown
system maintains the same functionality and components of previous
Happijac systems, but anchors the tie downs in the truck's frame,
giving it additional strength for increased camper performance.
"The new frame mount component more than doubles the weight
capacity of our patented tiedown system," said Martin Rasmussen,
president of Happijac Company. "We've found that increasing
the strength of the tiedowns enables truck campers to perform better
while decreasing the chances of a tiedown failure to almost nothing."
In addition to anchoring the system into the truck frame, the new
tiedowns also include a centering guide component. Centering guides
ensure that the camper is centered on the truck as it is loaded.
Once the camper is loaded, the centering guides prevent the camper
from moving in the truck bed, thus giving the camper and truck an
unprecedented performance.
